WarehouseOne

What is WarehouseOne? 

WarehouseOne is a cloud-based warehouse management system that allows users to access and update stock information anywhere with an internet connection. The module provides a flexible and efficient way to manage your inventory with Sage 200 and enables the use of barcode scanners, handheld devices, tablets, and label printers.

WarehouseOne has a portal that allows customers to access Sage 200 data in real time which can be used to share details with suppliers. This can help improve the efficiency across the supply chain. A company could use the WarehouseOne portal to share order forecasts with key suppliers, and plan production and logistics appropriately, even before they receive a purchase order.  

Carrier list integration with WarehouseOne

As part of the confirm goods despatch process WarehouseOne performs the following functions:

  • Track deliveries and update the tracking URLs to Sage 200 so that any queries or tracking of the deliveries can be done through the enquiry screens on the system.
  • Print labels in the format that is required by the carrier.
  • Generate a consignment number and pass all the information required by the carrier to progress with the delivery, such as parcel details, personal information, and weight.
