On 30th September 2021 sage will no longer be supporting Sage 50 Manufacturng, but this does not mean Sage 50 Manufacturing itself will stop working. There could be risks to your Sage 50 accounts and manufacturing integrations, however here at Onesys we can provide assistance and advice for this transition.

With the Onesys Sage 50 Manufacturing Support Service, we want to help all the current Sage 50 Manufacturing customers with their exiswting solution, whilst finding ways to make this work better and assist in planning for the future.

We can add value by providing “Best use” consultancy, which will help you get more out of the system that you’ve already invested so much time, effort and money in.

When the time does come to consider changing away from Sage 50 Manufacturing, we can help you with the entire upgrade process. We can supply and implement a choice of modern, feature-rich manufacturing solutions from CIM, Sicon and others, transitioning this process with our internal resource.

Ongoing Support

In addition to providing access to our Technical Support Team you will also have a dedicated Account Manager, who will work with you to identify potential improvements to your business and as an additional resource to help you overcome any challenges you experience. 

We are currently advising our existing Sage 50 Manufacturing customers as to their best course of action, the caveats they need to be aware of and incorporate them in to the system, as they plan for their future.

Please note that, as Sage are unable to update Sage 50 Manufacturing, we will be limited in what we can do to resolve program issues. We therefore make it clear that the Onesys Sage 50 Manufacturing Support Service is provided on a “Best endeavours” basis.

Most of our customers still prefer to call us for product support, however we also offer online logging and tracking of support queries through our Freshdesk ticketing system. We also widely utilise the Team Viewer system for remote diagnosis and query resolution. In most instances we are able to work with our customers’ preferred remote access method.
