Some businesses we talk to think they are locked in to their existing relationship - this is not the case. You are free to move your Support contract at any time; however, it makes more sense to do this towards the end of your contract. As far as Sage are concerned, your relationship with them stays exactly the same and your Annual Licence will be managed by Onesys instead.
