Sage CRM 2024 R1 is here!

We are delighted to inorm you that on 8th April 2024 the new version of Sage CRM was released.

New features include:

• Sort Favourites - you can now use a new option 'Sort Favourites' in the user preferences to sort the entries in the favourites list. This can either be alphabetically or oldest to newest. 
• Prevent external urls in website gadgets - a new checkbox in the system behaviour settings allows administrators to enable or disable external urls. This is a security feature. 
• Apply formatting to text fields - users can format the values of multiline text fields by applying HTML tags
• Use tags to classify records - a tag is a label a user can add to records similar to a hashtag on social media. Users can then generate groups based on tags and report on them.
