Sage 50 and Sage 200 Remote Working

We know in these times that having a robust working from home setup is incredibly important. Here at Onesys, we've had a few questions on the best way you can use Sage 50 or 200 away from the office.
We know in these times that having a robust working from home setup is incredibly important. Here at Onesys, we've had a few questions on the best way you can use Sage 50 or 200 away from the office.

How can I access Sage away from the office?
Sage needs to be run on a Remote Desktop Server (RDS), this is a server designed to run multiple desktops for multiple users. RDS can either be accessed over a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or directly across the internet. VPN is the most secure method and would be our recommendation.

Sage 50 or 200 should not be accessed directly via VPN. This is not supported by Sage and could result in data corruption.

What do we need from you?
You (or your IT company) would need to provide the Remote Desktop Server and VPN. Once this has been arranged, Onesys would install the clients and Spindle (if needed).
