Log4j Communication

On the 10th December 2021, Apache disclosed a flaw in their Log4j software that could pose a threat to our customers.
What is the Log4j flaw?
The Log4j flaw disclosed by Apache last week allows attackers to execute code remotely on a target computer meaning that they can steal data, install malware or take control.

What does this mean for our customers?
Our technical team at Onesys have been looking into this and can confirm that the majority of our customers will be completely unaffected by the Log4j flaw. The CRM customers that are affected (those running 2020r1, 2020r2, 2021r2) have all been contacted and the manual fix has been applied.

If you have any queries or concerns on this please contact our Support team on 01423 330335 Option 2 or by email support@onesys.co.uk and they will be able to advise.
