Onesys Group acquire AIM Software Limited

Today, Onesys Limited acquired AIM Software Limited, an establised and well respected Sage reseller and IBM software house based in Knowle, Birmingham.
AIM have a Particular depth of skills in the manufacturing software sector, adding to the existing onesys expertise.

The Acquisition is a further part of the Onesys business plan to consolidate smaller Sage resellers into a larger organisation particularly in the Sage 200 marketplace.

This further complements the existing Onesys Sage Software operations, and increases the onesys group to over 40 staff with a full range of skills, and in particular real world experience, necessary to support and drive forward the use of sage software and ancillary developments.

AIM have a significant number of Sage Manufacturing sites which will complement the existing significant number of Sage 200 sites serviced by Onesys.

With the additional resources available the enlarged operation can continue to build upon the excellent reputation both Onesys Group and AIM have for unrivalled customer service and solutions.

The team and operation at AIM will continue to operate as it is*, with all members remaining with the company including Tim Platt, who is retained to advise Onesys.

Jon Dean will continue to run AIM operations and become Onesys Midlands Operations Director.

 *Administration and Finance will move to the Onesys Group based at York in the first few weeks, any supplier queries should be directed to david.bickerdike@onesys.co.uk. We do not expect this move to cause significant issues.

Onesys group look forward to integrating the AIM operation carefully and significantly expanding our resource base, particularly in the midlands forming the basis of other consolidation in the area.
