TEXpro - Textile Industry Business Management Software
Introduction
TEXpro is our accounting, distribution and manufacturing solution for the 'fibre to fabric' sectors.
It has been written specifically to meet the requirements of merchants, fibre and yarn processors,
spinners, weavers, knitters, dyers and finishers. A further optional module, 'Colours',
extends the functionality of TEXpro through to the finished garment.
TEXpro is based around a series of core modules that together provide comprehensive functionality
for sales order processing, purchasing, stock control, production planning, works order processing,
work in progress tracking, costing and financial accounting. Optional sub-modules provide
specific functionality to meet the particular needs of individual textiles sectors,
including CMT, commission dyeing and finishing, jacquard weaving, lace knitting, fabric printing and more.
Why should you buy TEXpro?
TEXpro is very 'open'. We have interfaces to most machine monitoring systems, including
Barco, Datacolor, Beacon, LoomData, Stork, Trumeter and others.
As well as extensive analysis functions and a strong suite of standard reports, industry-standard
ODBC compliance allows you to access
your data using most Windows-based 'off-the-shelf' reporting tools. Data can also be exported
to other packages for further analysis, including our new Analyst Financials reporting module.
The financial accounting modules within TEXpro are from the well-established and widely used
Global 3000 accounting suite. Global 3000 is a leading mid-market accounting package in its own
right, with around 1,500 users based mainly in the UK.
TEXpro is closely integrated with the Preactor family of production scheduling solutions.
Preactor is an ideal production scheduling tool for textile companies because it allows vertically integrated
manufacturing environments to be modelled, including the interdependencies between process
stages such as beaming, weaving, dyeing and finishing and packing. Operations of fixed duration
(e.g dyeing) can be included alongside operations based on process time per unit, and essential
standing time within processes for conditioning, drying and so on can be automatically enforced
within the schedule.
Why should you buy from Onesys?
