The Sage Coretime Staff Planner module has been designed to provide 3 distinct features
for the user:
- For Management - the Staff Planner Main Screen is a very
useful tool for managing staff allocations to different jobs across an
organisation.
- For staff - by being able to review scheduled work. They can
check at a glance as to what work is scheduled for them at any point in time.
- Facilitates easy time-entry for work scheduled through the
Staff Planner.
Staff Planner enables a user to schedule personnel to work on clients or projects for
full-days, half-days (am or pm), or even hourly. Multiple tasks can be scheduled for
the same day and the relevant stages or phases are identified.
You will benefit from time savings (easier to administrate and organise, less
confusion)and cost-savings (better resourcing, fewer errors).
Reporting
Reports are available by means of the Employee / Staff Planner Report. This report
will show not only the planned hours but also the actual worked hours and the data
can be filtered by employees or projects.
