Richard Knowles - Managing Director

Has been MD at the onesys group since its inception.

Before onesys, he enjoyed a long successful career at director level in the food industry, responsible for finance and IT for major groups such as United Biscuits and Hillsdown Holdings. This was followed by positions in the distribution, retail and service industries.

This experience enables him to understand and interpret the needs of diverse organisations at all levels.

Laurie Pottage - Sales Director

Laurie joined onesys in 2002 from Nat West, with responsibility for our successful product launch into the time and billing sector. As a result of his efforts onesys are now a leading supplier of these products in the UK market.

Laurie is a passionate believer in the customer service and long term partner relationship ethos of the company. To many of our clients Laurie is the ‘face’ of onesys.

He has discovered the joys of parenthood but still enjoys the odd game of golf. With his clubs permanently in the boot of his car, he has doubled his carbon footprint.

Alan Parrott - Account Manager

Alan has been involved in the IT and technology world since inception, with long and successful careers at Dixons, GEC, Peter Williams.

More recently he was Managing Director of Universal Micro Systems, moving then to onesys after the acquisition of UMS.

Looking after primarily the client base in the south of the UK – based in our London office, Alan has more recently been progressing our time and project data management software and Lawson M3 sales in the South.

He also likes to get his golf clubs out occasionally, when not on one of his many trips to Spain.

Chris Rees - Project Manager

Chris gained fifteen years experience working on ERP development projects at all levels, before joining onesys as a Project Manager in 2000.

In addition to controlling the cost and time elements of projects, Chris has designed and successfully implemented major bespoke software projects including interfaces to Analyst Financials and Crystal Reports.

During his time with onesys, Chris has studied for a degree with the Open University and gained the Prince2 Practitioner qualification.
