Onesys are pleased to announce the completion of the One Warehouse Management Module migration into Microfocus Net Express®. This migration completes the process started in conjunction with O'Neill Surfwear at the start of 2008.

The module controls the full logistics process for this high volume operation, with in peak periods up to 50 picking operatives receiving and despatching. Most picking is done using RF scanners with full interactive operator instructions and sophisticated picking logic enabling things such as shorts handling, auto re-picks, pick priority, bulk pick reallocates, all to allow the efficient operation of 3 warehouses.

With the relocation of the O'Neill operation to the main Blacks Leisure Group Plc's distribution centre in Northampton, a new rollout is taking place using the latest symbol guns running Windows CE®. Thanks to the flexibility of the Onesys scanning process, the new and old guns work seamlessly.

The system runs on Microsoft® SQL server. The software is HTML web-screen based and integrates to other onesys products such as Minos, Global 3000, and orderline.
