Prior to the acquisition they were using Sage 200 internally but for the Finance team only. There was a lack of knowledge across the other employees that meant that the system wasn’t being utilised to its full potential. In order to improve efficiency Pure-Tec needed Sage 200 to make the processing of orders and despatch slicker, improve the accuracy of inventory management and purchasing as well as the ability to monitor live customer services issues.
