Investing in Technology Saves...
We at onesys have recognised that our businesses have a detrimental impact on our
environment but we also feel that the know-how and technology that we promote,
supply, support and remove, has and will continue to enable us and our clients to
reduce this negative impact and thereby our carbon footprint.
Know-how and IT enables us to streamline the whole business process, thereby reducing
waste. Let us help you become more efficient. Your investment will benefit all of us
in many ways.
The onesys improvement program is still young but every journey starts with that first
step…
At onesys we use technology for the benefit of all. Modern communications and IT
equipment enables our marketing team to find new prospects and supply them with
digital product information through email and our web site. This saves on printed
advertising, brochures, travelling to trade fairs, exhibition stands, etc.
Our consultants can advise on and demonstrate software tools on-line, via telephone
and broadband connections, thereby reducing CO2 emissions from transport-use.
Some software installations can be done remotely as well, again saving unnecessary
travel. Fortunately in some cases the software is so intuitive that training is not
required. The same goes for client-support, as most queries and issues can be
resolved remotely.
You too can use our software to work remotely, reduce overheads and your carbon footprint.
Talk to our consultants about how we can help you improve your efficiency and encourage improvements like remote and home working.
Although all this is now possible, we and our existing clients and prospects still
value personal contact. In order to build a lasting business relationship, most
people will still prefer to meet the person they will be dealing with. Some
traditional businesses still request hard-copy quotations, brochures and manuals.
During installations and upgrades we will advise and where possible help our clients
with the disposal of old equipment. Some can be recycled but all must be disposed of
responsibly.
Over the next year we will endeavour to reduce our energy consumption and where
possible switch to 'green' sources. Other waste and practices will be re-accessed
and appropriate action taken.

Below you will find some useful recycle and other 'green' links.
