Internal Account Manager Vacancy

Onesys group are a fully Accredited leading Sage Business Partner and software developer supplying a range of software solutions as well as consultancy, training and support to businesses of all sizes throughout the UK and worldwide. With over 500 customer sites, £3+m turnover and enjoying rapid growth we are one of the largest independent Sage Partners in the UK, with offices in York, Coventry, Bradford and London.
 
We specialise in a number of verticals, in particular solutions for the Professional Services sector but we also have clients from a broad range of industries using CRM and ERP solutions supplied by us, Sage 200 being the main software application.

We currently have a vacancy for a full time Internal Account Manager at our office in York. The purpose of the role is to operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and to build and maintain strong, long-lasting and profitable relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Contribute to the delivery of agreed Sales Targets
  •  Target existing Sage 50 customers for subscription sales and assist with prospective Sage 50 subscription sales
  •  Contribute to development of the Sage Live Pipeline
  •  Inbound call handling
  • Enquiry handling
  • Plan, implement and deliver on agreed activity targets for managing account base
  • Manage your assigned accounts to deliver maximum resales potential
  • Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure your assigned customers renew their Support/Subscription contracts
  • Maintain relevant reporting and planning systems (Sage CRM)
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to agreed timescales (personal dashboard)
  • To work with the Marketing resource to formulate, execute and follow-up agreed campaigns
  • Work closely with Customer Services to ensure your customers issues are being resolved
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure your customers training or development projects have been successfully delivered
  • Sales admin duties including supplying new licences, CRM queries, account enquiries and queries from Customer Services

Key Skills

You will have an interest in IT software and accounting solutions and take a proactive, consultative approach to business. You should be able to develop strong relationships and follow a sale through from start to finish. 
  • Ability to understand customer's needs and identify potential solutions
  • Develop proficiency and knowledge of Sage products and solutions with the ability to clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to                address customer needs
  • Confident and a persuasive manner
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to work collaboratively both with internal colleagues and suppliers
  • Tight organisational and time management skills
